Lana Del Rey previews stills from Blue Jeans
Lana in a still from the Blue Jeans video
Few music stars can cause a stir with images from their new video, fewer still when it's only their third single.
Lana Del Rey isn't your average singer though.
An unknown this time last year, Lana has bewitched the music-loving public since the mysterious video for her debut, Video Games, appeared online last year.
Since then she's been lauded and pillioried in equal measure (the latter more so in her native America) but whatever your opinion, there's no denying her allure.
Lana originally created her own home-made video for Blue Jeans but shot another with Born To Die director Yoann Lemoine which, like that video, features tattooed hunk Bradley Soileau as her love interest.
Lana ruffled certain feathers last week by posting the single's cover art, which depicts her lying on the ground, possibly dead, with a man's hand around her neck.
Say what you like about her but she knows how to get a reaction!
