Rebecca Ferguson: "I needed to write this album"
Barely a week has passed this year without Matt Cardle, Cher Lloyd, or One Direction being in the news for some reason or other. Let's not forget there was another finalist in the last series of X Factor, though. Her name was Rebecca Ferguson and she was rather good.
She's been out of the limelight because she's been busy writing her debut album, Heaven, which is out on December 5. Yes, writing. The whole thing.
And anyway, she's not especially keen on red carpets, showbiz parties and all that malarkey.
Now isn't that refreshing? Oh, and the album's pretty darned good too.

Off camera nugget:
We were actually a little nervous about meeting Rebecca. She'd seemed so genuine on X Factor that we thought it might just be too good to be true.
All our fears were quashed though when, greeting us with a grin matched for broadness only by her Scouse accent, she asked, "Have yous come far?"
Don't let success change you, Rebecca!

Since I first glanced her on that singing contest I was blown away by her beauty, charisma and humility. I like her... in fact i think i love her already, I am married but i will remarry if life permits so... hahaha!
I will definitely buy her album for a gift to me self as well on me upcoming birthday (December 07). Hope she would find time to greet me.
More power Rebecca. God blesses you more.
Cheers.
Rebecca Furguson should have got the win on Xfactor last year, She has everything, going for herself,
she has the most fantastic voice,(a little bit of nina simone and ertha kitt,) but with more power,
Also she is gorgeous and has her feet on the ground, i am not a lover of the scouse accent but
she sounds lovely when she speaks, my wife say's i love her, I do! but not quite as much as the
wife, i will by the album if i don't get it for christmas
Keep being yourself rebecca, let your voice and personality get you to the top, you very much deserve to be there.
Rebecca has the " X Factor" indeed, she should have been the winner!! I just love the way she is humble and really beautiful inside and out. I am sure that although it's been a year, she will be mellow like good wine. She will be successful, no doubt!! Good luck to you Rebecca and keep on being yourself!!. God bless you
