One Direction pose with puppies!
It's as though a team of people sat around brainstorming ideas for the cutest photo ever. "Tarquin, I've got it! Let's get the One Direction boys to wear different-coloured Ralph Lauren jumpers and pose with puppies!" And so it came to pass that Niall, Liam, Harry, Zayn and Louis indeed dressed up like it was Christmas Day in the 1970s and posed with puppies for the cover of this month's Wonderland magazine...

The boys also gave an interview in which they explained how they've stayed true to themselves.
Harry said: “I think for us, the main thing is that we’ve just kind of been ourselves, that’s what people like. I think a lot of people get into our situation and you hear they’ve changed, but we‘ve just stayed ourselves.”
Louis agreed, stressing that it’s important to them that they don’t dance, or all dress in matching outfits (Wonderland photo shoots aside, natural).
“In the past, with previous boy bands, I think they felt like they had to meet a stereotype,” he says. “We’re just ourselves: stupid, immature and quirky.”
Liam also addressed rumours that their friendship isn't genuine. “I think there’s a lot of things that the fans don’t know about us. I think our relationship doesn’t really play out as much as people think. People still ask whether we really get on or not, and we genuinely do. A lot of people don’t believe that, they think it’s some fake thing where we have to get on because of the position we’re in”, he said.
