Gaga has a very strong voice and certainly puts in the hours.  She's an absolute bag of creative energy - especially as she has lupus to worry about. She is also very loyal to her fans (unlike the person people say she mimics), has good manners and treats her staff well.  She also does not look any older than 26.  If anything, she looks younger.  Rihanna doesn't look older than 24 and Fergie looks years younger than 37.
