Justin Bieber: controversial moments
Justin Bieber didn't have the happiest of birthdays when he turned 19. It all descended into farce when the Cirque du Soir club in London was forced to turn away his underage guests. Justin was photographed leaving the club with his entourage after just five minutes inside. Yep, five! Why?
A spokesperson for the club said: "We, like all clubs in London, operate a strict age policy. As a few of the members of the party were under the suitable age of 18, the security team at Cirque Du Soir, London, clearly explained this rule and refused entry to the club for anyone who could not provide us with adequate proof of age."
However, a later statement from the club suggested there might have been more to it.
“Justin Bieber celebrated his birthday in Cirque du Soir with his new flame, British singer and model Ella-Paige Roberts Clarke, when arriving at the club the complete Bieber camp smelled very heavy of weed. A confrontation happened with the entourage and security and then everyone from the Bieber crew left.”
Justin later tweeted that it was the "worst birthday".
