This probably wouldn't be allowed today but the world was a less uptight (or sensitive, depending on your point of view) place in the 1970s. The title was actually dreamed up by co-producer Mick Ronson for his own album but Hunter loved it so much he offered Ronson co-writing credit on first single Just Another Night in exchange for it.

Why no Crass albums in here? "Kisses on the bottom" is pretty tame compared to "Penis Envy" and "Bull**** Detector".

The Deana Carter record is a classic, at least in its British version, which was significantly different from the US release.

Unfortunately it was Lilly not him whoever the poor sod was never heard such a load of pretentious c%*p all done in an infantile mockney accent. Never was i more relieved to hear someone say that they had retired from making - alleged - music and never was I more depressed to hear that the same person had come out of retirement and would be recording more of the same c%*p.
