Jack White: the judgment that's thrown on you is unbearable

Third Man
Jack White is the foremost rock star of our time. He's also famously guarded about his private life, so any attempt to find out what makes him tick has to be negotiated with caution.
We caught up with him last month during his run of UK gigs and were lucky enough to catch him in unusually expansive mood. So much so, in fact, that we moved beyond discussion of his brilliant solo album, Blunderbuss, and into more personal territory; how he deals with people's expectations, the nature of celebrity, and in one particularly surreal moment, his memories of the 1980s TV show Hart To Hart.
We couldn't possibly fit all this into the seven-minute clip below, but fear not, Jack fans - we're giving you the option to watch the full, unedited version too!
